Sections 14.13 and .14.15 of the Municipal Code of the City of <br /> Redwood City are amended, by adding the text shown in bold italics (examp/e) <br /> and deleting the teict shown in strikeout (e*a�le), as follows: <br /> Sec.14.13. DUTY TO KEEP SANITARY; REMOVAL OF COVERS; <br /> TYPE OF COVERS: <br /> Saas�-ef Containers for garbage, recyclables and organic materials eF <br /> ��•�°..�'��shall be kept in a sanitary condition by the owners thereof <br /> and the covers shall not be removed or left open except for the purpose <br /> of placing refuse therein or removing refuse therefrom, and shall at all <br /> times be proof against access of flies to the contents thereof. <br /> Sec. 14.15. PLACEMENT OF CONTA/NERS OF GARBAGE, <br /> ki€G€PT1�L-€, rn�iTnini�o rno RECYCLABLES, ��€B <br /> AND ORGAN/C MATERIALS <br /> FOR COLLECTION: <br /> A. Every person in possession, charge, or contro/ of any premises <br /> shall provide a sufficient number of containers of su�cient <br /> capacity to hold a/l garbage, recyclab/es, and organic materia/s <br /> which are created, produced, or accumulated on such premises <br /> between the times of successive collections by the col/ector. <br /> 8. Containers shall be p/aced curbside or street side in a manner <br /> that does not block any driveway, sidewalk or street, or impede <br /> pedestrian or vehicu/ar trafiic or sight lines.
