Every person in possession, charge, or contro/ of any premises <br /> shall provide a sufficient number of containers of su�cient <br /> capacity to hold a/l garbage, recyclab/es, and organic materia/s <br /> which are created, produced, or accumulated on such premises <br /> between the times of successive collections by the col/ector. <br /> 8. Containers shall be p/aced curbside or street side in a manner <br /> that does not block any driveway, sidewalk or street, or impede <br /> pedestrian or vehicu/ar trafiic or sight lines.
