EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES All work outlined in the tasks below will be completed between July 1, 2011 and October 1,2011. Labadie Productions will bill the Citymonthly for all costs related to pertormers, equipment or additional elements necessary for the production of the event during that time period. Labadie Productions will receive the $6,250 compensation in two installments. The first $2,000 will be paid at the execution of the contract, and the balance $4,250 at the completion of all tasks related to the contract. Any additional services not described below require written approval by the City. Unless otherwise specified, all electronic mail communication shall be sent to representatives of both Parks and Recreation Department and Redevelopment Agency. Target Family Sundays (3 event days: July 17, 2011, August 21, 2011, and September 18, 2011) 1.1 Serve as the lead coordinator for the events.Develop a logistic plan for the events for review and approval by the Parks and Recreation Department one month prior to each event date. 1.2 Prepare an itemized budget of the event cost for review and approval by the City prior to each event. 1.3 Provide relevant event information upon request from the Redwood City's Parks and Recreation Department or other City department on or before the respective departmenYs due date. 1.4 Dedicate as necessary the appropriate Labadie Productions members or volunteers to assist with the evenf production. 1.5 Confirm in writing or electronic mail all relevant services requested from the City's Parks and Recreation Department and other departments within five business days prior to the date of the event. Services include City overseeing the arts and crafts area and the set up/tear down of the Redevelopment Agency-owned equipment. 1.6 Provide in writing the results of each event to the City and Agency, including approximate number of attendees and anecdotal observations.
