<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />TASK ORDER NO.1 <br /> <br />VECTOR CONTROL PROGRAM <br /> <br />This Task Order is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of the <br />following described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and between the City <br />of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California (the <br />"City"), and DEWEY PEST CONTROL (the "Contractor") hereinafter identified: <br /> <br />RODENT AND COCKROACH CONTROL PROGRAM <br />(SANITARY SEWERS-CREEKS-MARINA-PORT -CORP <br />YARD) FOR CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />Title of Agreement: <br /> <br />Consultant: <br /> <br />DEWEY PEST CONTROL <br />6300 THIRD STREET <br />SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94124 <br /> <br />Date of Agreement: <br /> <br />March 1,2001 <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Task Described. Consultant shall perform the following services, which are in <br />those services described in the Agreement. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Description of Services: See Exhibit "A," attached. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Compensation. City shall compensate Consultant for the services described <br />in this Task Order based upon the rates of charge and method of calculation <br />described in Exhibit "A" and in the original Agreement, a copy of which is on <br />file in the City Clerk's Office, and in an amount NOT TO EXCEED Sixty-Two <br />Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Two and 00/100 Dollars ($62.442.00). <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Time of Performance. Consultant shall perform the services to be provided <br />pursuant to this Task Order on or before March 1.2003. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Approval. In accordance with the Agreement, this Task Order was approved <br />by the City Council of Redwood City on February 24. 2003, by motion duly <br />made and carried (a copy of the Minute Order evidencing such approval is <br />attached). <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Limitation: Incorporation by Reference: Except as supplemented or modified <br />hereby, all terms and conditions of the Agreement are hereby incorporated <br />herein by this reference, and shall remain in full force and effect.
