` � ORBGI�IL <br /> ABATEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> The SAN MATEO COiJNTY MOSQUITO AND VECTOR CONTROL DISTRICT ("DistricY') and CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY ("Owner") agree as follows: <br /> l. The District will perform abatement services for the Owner's problem site as described below. <br /> The District will, as reasonably necessary, develop and implement mosquito surveillance and <br /> control activities with its own personnel, materials and equipment at the problem site. - <br /> 2. Problem site: The catch basin storm drain system in the presently developed azeas of Redwood <br /> Shores. <br /> 3. Owner shall reimburse District man-hours and material costs no[ to exceed a total of $35,000. <br /> The District will bill Owner for actual services and materials rendered, Owner will pay for such <br /> services within 30 days of receipt of each bill <br /> 4. The occurrence of any unusual problems that would require additional manpower, equipment and <br /> materials, will necessitate a change order as an addendum ro this agreament. It is undersrood that <br /> any changes would be mutually agreed to prior ro Uie initiatiou of the ordec AII additional costs <br /> related to change orders would be negotiated separately. <br /> 5. This agreement shall be effective July l, 2011 through lune 3Q 2012. Either party may terminate <br /> the agreement upon 30 days written notice to the other party. <br /> 6.
