Subject to Voter Approval, Amend Section 32.75 of the Municipal Code <br /> Increasing Transient Occupancy Tax from 10% to 12%. (307) <br /> 1. Adopt resolution submitting to the voters at the November 8, 2011 <br /> General Election a ballot measure increasing the Transient Occupancy Tax; <br /> RESOLUTION No. 15126 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY SUBMITTING TO THE VOTERS AT THE NOVEMBER 8, 2011 GENERAL <br /> ELECTION A BALLOT MEASURE INCREASING THE TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY <br /> TAX <br /> 2. By motion, authorize the Mayor and Vice Mayor to select such persons <br /> as necessary to sign the ballot arguments in favor of the proposed <br /> ordinance amending the Transient Occupancy Tax. <br /> MINUTE ORDER 11-096 <br /> D.
