6. Technical Reauirements. The City shall provide the technical requirements as set <br /> forth in the Technical Requirements Rider attached hereto as Exhibit "C" and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> 7. Term. Unless earlier terminated, the term of this Agreement will commence upon <br /> the date first above written and shall expire upon completion of performance of <br /> Services hereunder by Performers, or in any event by November 22, 2011. <br /> 8. The City will not record, broadcast, <br /> televise, videotape, photograph, film or otherwise extend beyond the Place of <br /> Performance the Performances without the prior written consent of Performers. <br /> 10. Force Maieure: Cancellation. If Pertormers are unable to pertorm any <br /> engagement set forth in the Schedule of Pertormance as a result of a strike, epidemic, <br /> Act of God, war, or similar force majeure, all parties named above are relieved of their <br /> respective obligations under this Agreement, and no named party may make a claim of <br /> damages against the other.
