However, no bearing walls, <br />ceilings, floors or other structural or utility bearing portions of the <br />buildings housing the Units may be pierced or otherwise altered or <br />repaired without approval from the Architectural Control <br />Committee. <br />Water, Gas and Sewer Pipes, <br />Owner shall maintain portions which are submetered to the Unit, or <br />Water Pressure Regulator, Water <br />located within, or otherwise exclusively serve Unit (i.e., from the <br />Heater, Plumbing Outlets and <br />interior surface of the Unit's walls to the appliances, and kitchen and <br />Fixtures, Ducts (Heating, Dryer, <br />bathroom facilities within the Unit). An Owner may plunge blocked <br />Stove, Oven), Electrical, Circuit <br />kitchen and bathroom facilities in his Unit, but may not use a snake, <br />Breakers, Electrical Outlets and <br />or cause a snake to be used, in any pipes unless instructed to do so <br />Fixtures <br />by the Association.
