These facilities Denver CO 80206 <br />normally consist of a grass buffer strip, sand bed, <br />ponding area, organic layer or mulch layer, <br />planting soil, and plants. <br />The property contains 7 bioretention area(s), located as described below and as shown in <br />the attached site plan'. <br />• Bloretention Areas No. 1 and No. 2 are located along the western side of One Marina Way. <br />• Bioretention Areas No. 3 and No. 4 are located along the eastern side of One Marina Way. <br />• Bioretention Areas No. 5 through 7 are located behind the lower retaining wall along Bair <br />Island Road. <br />I. Routine Maintenance Activities <br />The principal maintenance objective is to prevent sediment buildup and clogging, which <br />reduces pollutant removal efficiency and may lead to bioretention area failure.
