C. - Page 14 <br />Exhibit B <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />(Redwood City Community Schools) <br />PAYMENT SCHEDULE <br />July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2013 <br />PAYMENTS <br />In full consideration of the term pursuant to this Agreement, and subject to the provisions of <br />funding in paragraph 12.A of this Agreement herein, payment shall be made upon receipt of <br />District's invoice on or after July 2011 as follows: <br />a. County shall pay Redwood City School District one payment of ONE HUNDRED <br />THIRTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX DOLLARS ($113,676). <br />b. City will pay Redwood City School District one payment of ONE HUNDRED <br />THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000). <br />C. Funds for FY 2012 -13 will be negotiated and reflected in a form of an amendment to the <br />Agreement. <br />12 <br />
