E. - Page 2 <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />The City can choose not to be part of the county -wide JPA, resulting in higher annual <br />costs for the department and degradation of library services. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The invoice amount is $178,961.63 for work completed to date for the Library Materials <br />Handling project. Up to $325,000 have been budgeted for in the Capital Improvement <br />Project budgets of 2010 -2011 and 2011 -2012.
