Code §54957] <br />Performance evaluation of City Clerk, Silvia Vonderlinden <br />A closed session will be held on September 12, 2011, at 5.30 p.m., for the purpose of <br />considering the above-described ranter. [Gov't. Code §54957. ] <br />Any action taken by the City Council to appoint, employ, dismiss, accept the resignation of, <br />charge the compensation o or otherwise affect the employment ment startus of a public employee <br />shall be disclosed immediately following this closed session; provided, however, that the <br />dismissal or nonrene oral of an employment contract shell be deferred until the first public <br />meeting following the exhaustion of administrative remedies, if any.
