6. 1. D. - Page 57 <br />With regard to the Non - Compliant Unit, you hereby agree that beginning on June 14, 2012, a <br />1- bedroom unit will be [eased at an affordable rent and in full compliance with the <br />Affordability Covenant. <br />It is our understanding that you intend to notify the Tenant that the Non- Compliant Unit does <br />not meet the requirements of the Affordability Covenant, and that the affordable rent will <br />terminate at the end of the lease term, at which time the rent may be increased to market <br />rate rent. You agree (on behalf of yourself and any successors in interest) to waive and <br />release the City from any and all claims against the City, which you may have or which may <br />accrue as a result of your actions relating to the Non - Compliant Unit.
