Pursuant to Section 8331 of the Streets and Highways Code, the right of <br />way within the Vacation Area is not used for public purposes, except for the fire hydrant <br />and water line within the utility easement. <br />3. Public money was not expended for maintenance within the Vacation <br />Area. <br />4. The right of way located in the Vacation Area depicted and described in <br />Exhibit "A" is hereby ordered vacated conditioned upon the relocation of the fire <br />hydrant and water line serving such hydrant to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record a certified copy <br />of this resolution with the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo. <br />6.
