6.2.C. - Page 5 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />TO THE RESOLUTION FOR THE <br />VACATION OF A PORTION OF <br />PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT <br />A portion of that certain 5 foot wide (1.524 meter) Public Service Easement as shown on <br />Parcel 1, of that certain Parcel Map No. 90 -1, filed for record on January 14, 1992 in Volume <br />65, Page 41 of Maps, San Mateo County Records, situate in City of Redwood City, County <br />of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: <br />COMMENCING at the easternmost corner of said Parcel 1, said corner lying on the <br />westerly right -of -way line of Oracle Parkway at the beginning of a non - tangent curve <br />concaved southeasterly, from which a radial line bears North 18 °55'52" West, thence <br />southvJesterly along the southeasterly line of said Parcel 1 the following two (2) courses and <br />distances: (1) along the arc of said non - tangent curve to the left, having a radius of 22.861 <br />meters, through a central angle of 15 °32'32 ", an arc distance of 6.201 meters and (2) South <br />55 °43'42" West, 71.522 meters to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the lands herein <br />described; thence continuing along said last mentioned line, South 55 °43'42" West, 20.591 <br />meters to the point of cusp and the beginning of a non - tangent curve to the left, from which a <br />radial line bears South 41 °16'53" East; thence northeasterly along the arc of said last <br />mentioned curve, having a radius of 41.813 meters, through a central angle of 08 °45'39 ", an <br />are distance of 6.393 meters to the beginning of a non - tangent curve to the right, from which <br />the radial line bears, North 30 °41'35" West; thence northeasterly along the arc of said last <br />mentioned curve, having a radius of 283.867 meters, through a central angle of 02 °54'14 ", an <br />are distance of 14.387 meters to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />Containing 13.3 square meters, more or less. <br />Bearings and distances used in the above description are based on the California Coordinate <br />System of 1983, Zone 3, Epoch 1991.35.
