7.1. - Page 10 PRESENTATION OF AUDIOVISUAL MATERIAL The City of Redwood City permits any person desiring to do so, to speak on any agenda item under discussion by the City Council, after receiving recognition from the Mayor, and also permits any person to speak on a matter which is not scheduled on the agenda, during Public Comment and Consent Calendar. You have indicated a desire to speak at a City Council meeting and you wish to include audio /visual material in your presentation. In order to accommodate your request, please read this form carefully, fill in the required information, and sign below, and provide the original to the City Clerk's Office: COMPLIANCE FORM AND RELEASE 1. Equipment (check one) I will use my own equipment. I will use equipment provided by the City (if available). Specify equipment to be used: 2. Permissions I understand that City Council meetings are open to the public, are cablecast on Comcast Channel 27 and Astound Broadband Channel 26, AT &T U -verse channel 99, and other cable operators and broadcasters, streamed live on the internet, and that recordings are also made for repeat cablecasts, recordings are archived on the City's webpage, and videotaped copies are made available at the main City Library, and made available for purchase at the City Clerk's office. I assume full responsibility for the content of audio /visual material presented, and ensure that such material will not violate the rights of any third party, or any applicable local, state, or federal laws. I certify that I have obtained any and all consents, clearances and releases (permissions) from any and all organizations, individuals and groups as are necessary for any content in the audio /visual material (including from broadcast stations, networks, sponsors, music and film licensing organizations, performers, representatives, authors, composers, and all other license or copyright holders), and permit the material to be distributed by any or all of the means described in the preceding paragraph. I hereby authorize the City to remove any of my audio /visual material found to violate any of these requirements. 3.
