During the Kentfield project and R2 Zoning <br />hearings, the City Staff presented seven (7) <br />previous projects to convince the public, <br />Planning Commission and City Council that: <br />• The City has been approving projects <br />with density greater than the maximum <br />eight (8) units per acre allowed by the <br />Zoning Ordinance, and <br />The City's <br />current <br />practice is <br />to <br />approve <br />projects <br />to 16 units per acre <br />in <br />R2. <br />
