<br /> FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Secretary or Assistant Secretary of the Corporation is
<br /> hereby authorized and directed to execute a Certificate of the Secretazy certifyi�g to the
<br /> passage of these resolutions;
<br /> FURTHER RESOLVED, that any and all firms, persons, corporations and other entities, �
<br /> including, without limiting effect, public entities, shall be entitled to rely on the authority
<br /> of any one of the foregoing persons to bind [his corporation by the execution and the
<br /> delivery of any such bids, bid bonds, contracts, contract bonds, and authorizations
<br /> pertaining to conVacts, liens and releases;
<br /> FURTHER RESOLVED, that the authority herein contained, shall remain in effect until
<br /> the persons, firm, corporation or other entity relying upon the authority herein contained
<br /> receive written notice to the contrary and that all previous authorizations heretofore
<br /> given with respect to the matters herein contained are revoked; provided, however, that
<br /> this revocation shall not affect the validity of any instrument hereinabove referred to that
<br /> was executed by any person or persons who at the time of such execution was duly
<br /> authorized to act.
