Some of these planned facilities have revenue prajections of millions of dotlars based <br /> on the planned cultivation of tens af thousands of cannabis plants. <br /> The Ogden Memorandum was never inteRde�to shield such activities from federa] <br /> enfarcement action anc!prosacution,even where those aciivities pGrport to compJy with state <br /> law. Persons who are in the business of cultivating,selling or distributing marijuana,and those <br /> who knowingly facilitate such activities,arc in violation of tiie Controlled Substances Act, <br /> regardless of st�te law.
