Termination will be �ffecfive <br /> immediately upon r�otifica�ian. <br /> Either Party upon tendering tl�irty (30) days written notice to th� otf�er party may <br /> terrnina�e this Agreement. <br /> Within 1 U days af termination Consultant will assembEe the work proc�uct withou# charge <br /> and put it in order for proper filing and cfosing ar�cE deliver it to City.
