. �� ; <br /> � ORIGINAL <br /> � AGREEMENT <br /> RENAISSANCE ENTREPRENEURSHIP CENTER <br /> (Redwood City Entrepreneurship Training Center) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this �day of�?� <br /> 2011, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California ("City") and RENAISSANCE <br /> ENTREPRENEURSHIP CENTER, a California nonprofit organization ("Contractor"; <br /> collectively the "Parties"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides certain services through programs, including <br /> the program described in Exhibits "A" ("Programs"), and "B" ("Quantitative Goals"), <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct <br /> the program described in Exhibit B, for residents of City during the fiscal year <br /> commencing July 1, 2011, and ending June 30, 2012 (the "Fiscal Year"); and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Contractor the sum of <br /> Eighty Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($83,750.00) for <br /> exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2011, and <br /> ending June 30, 2012, solely for the purposes described in Paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS. Contractor will use the funds provided pursuant to <br /> Paragraph 1 solely for the Project purposes described in Exhibit A("Programs") and <br /> Exhibit B("Quantitative Goals"), attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> herein. <br /> � ATTY/AGR/2011.096/CDBG RENAISSANCE SERVICE <br /> 0912�� 1 <br />
