Facilitate Living <br /> Together Agreements and follow up support to matched home sharing <br /> clients. <br /> Other secondary goals, collaborative actions, outreach, and emphasis to be conducted. <br /> 1) Increase the range of housing options and related services for 54-84 All goals to be <br /> Redwood City Home Providers and Home Seekers by providing Home Households completed by <br /> Sharing Services at Fair Oaks Community Center and other offices/home 6/30/12 <br /> visits. Activities include conducting interviews, screening applicants, <br /> making home sharing referrals and connecting clients to community and <br /> other housing resources. <br /> 2) Increase the affordability of housing by decreasing the amount clients 13 Households <br /> spend on housing costs to 30% or less of their income <br /> 3) Target outreach to the community by conducting presentations, 200 Households <br /> mailings, media outreach, submitting monthly Rooms for Rent flyer via <br /> email, attending networking meetings in Redwood City and conduct other <br /> outreach opportunities. <br /> 4) Collaborate with shelter staff to coordinator housing for persons exiting 3-4 Households <br /> transitional, rehabilitative, shelter type programs through Shelter Network, <br /> Star Vista, Mental Health, Safe Harbor and other programs. <br /> ' Primary quantitative contract goal is the number of householdslpersons you will assist under this contract <br /> as stated in your grant application.
