RKH will evaluate the project's compliance with Ciry zoning and parking <br /> requirements as prescribed in the current City Code. <br /> B. RKH will evaluate site access at the Connecticut Drive and Euclid Avenue <br /> driveways taking into consideration corner sight distance and queuing. <br /> C. RKH will evaluate on-site circulation with respect to student and child drop off <br /> and pick up and will evaluate the expected pazking demand for staff and parents <br /> with respect to the available on-site parking supply. <br /> - - - -- --- - - -- - -` - - - -- — - - - -- -- <br /> 6. Draft Report. RKH will prepare a draft report with text and graphics in Adobe pdf <br /> format which will contain the traffic impact analysis, findings, conclusions and <br /> recommendations for mitigating identified traffic impacts. RKH will submit the drafr <br /> report to the city for review and�comment. <br /> 7. Final Report. Upon receipt of written comments on the draft report, RK}I will prepaze <br /> the final report. The final report in Adobe pdf format will be submitted to the city for use <br /> in the project review and approval process. <br /> ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> The following are services outside of and in addition to those described as Basic Services: <br /> 1. Extra work due to changes in the project, delays, work not specifically described in the <br /> Basic Services, and all other causes not the fault of RKI I; <br /> 2. Changes in documents after approval and/or acceptance; <br /> ; <br /> 3. Collection and evaluation of new traffic data not specified in the Basic Services; <br /> 4. All public agency permits and permit fees, licenses and other such charges associated <br /> direcdy with the project; <br /> 5. Attendance at public meetings not specified in the Scope of Basic Services. The fee to <br /> attend a public meeting will be $600.00 per meeting. <br /> 6. Preparation of a Transportation Demand Management Plan. <br /> 7. Constrvction plan checking. <br /> 3 <br /> �� <br />
