EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> CONSULTANT DUTIES: <br /> 1. Consultant will strategic fundraising and sponsorship development services <br /> related to the Holiday Skating Rink at Courthouse Square which runs from <br /> November 18, 2011 through January 16, 2012. <br /> 2. Consultant will make its ticket sales/credit card processing system <br /> available to the City, and will charge the City $2.50 per transaction made <br /> in connection with the Holiday Skating Rink. <br /> 3. Consultant has the exclusive right to sell sponsorships to be advertised <br /> on or in the Holiday Skating Rink while the rink is in operation. <br /> CITY'S RIGHTS AND DUTIES: <br /> 1. City will pay Consultant $2.50 per transaction in connection with <br /> purchases made using ConsultanYs ticket sales/credit card <br /> processing system in connection with the City's operation of the <br /> Holiday Skating Rink. <br /> 2. City reserves the right to review written marketing materials utilized <br /> by Consultant in the scope of ConsultanYs duties. <br /> 3.
