R ziss <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CFIANGE ORDER NO. 3 FOR THE PORT <br /> SECURITY LIGHTING, CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCT� AND <br /> TRANSPORTATION WORKER IDENTIFICATION CREDENTIAL <br /> (TWIC) PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 2122 adopted December 15, 2010, the Boazd of <br /> Port Commissioners approved the bid of Tennyson Electric, Inc. and entered into a contract for <br /> the performance of the Port security lighting, closed circuit television ("CCTV") and <br /> transpodation worker idenrification credential ("TWIC") project (the "ProjecP'); and <br /> WHEREAS, underground obstructions have been encountered while trenching for fiber <br /> optic/electrical conduit and drilling light pole foundations; and <br /> WHEREAS, additional work is required to complete the Project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> The Change Order (Change Order No. 3) by Tennyson Electric, Inc. in the sum of <br /> $11,819.93 and dated October 4, 2011, a copy of which Change Order No. 3 is on file in the <br /> office of the Port Executive Director, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Port Executive Director is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute Change Order No. 3 for and on behalf of the Port of Redwood City. <br /> • s s <br /> Reso185 <br /> FXS/fs <br /> 04/21/11 <br />
