B. - Page 10 <br />1) A clinic licensed pursuant to Chapter 1 of Division 2 of the Health <br />and Safety Code. <br />2) A health care facility licensed pursuant to Chapter 2 of Division 2 of <br />the Health and Safety Code. <br />3) A residential care facility for persons with chronic life- threatening <br />illness license pursuant to Chapter 3.01 of Division 2 of the Health <br />and Safety Code. <br />4) A residential care facility for the elderly license pursuant to Chapter <br />3.2 of Division 2 of the Health and Safety Code. <br />5) A hospice or home health agency, license pursuant to Chapter 8 of <br />Division 2 of the Health and Safety Code. <br />59.2 Operation of medical marijuana distribution facilities <br />prohibited. <br />Medical marijuana distribution facilities, as defined in this Article, are prohibited <br />uses in all zoning districts in the City of Redwood City. <br />59.3 Violation — penalty. <br />A. Any person found to be in violation of any provision of this Article shall be <br />subject to the enforcement remedies set forth in Article 50 of this code. <br />B. Each violation of this Article and each day of violation of this Article shall <br />be considered as separate and distinct violations thereof and the <br />imposition of a penalty shall be as set forth in subsection (A) of this <br />section for each and every separate violation and each and every day of <br />violation. <br />59.4 Public nuisance. <br />Any use or condition caused or permitted to exist in violation of any of the <br />provisions of this Article shall be and is hereby declared a public nuisance and <br />may be abated by the City pursuant to the procedures set forth in Article 50 of <br />this Code. <br />59.5 Severability. <br />If any section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase in <br />this Article or any part thereof is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or <br />invalid or ineffective by any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall <br />not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining portions of this Article or <br />any or any part thereof. <br />SECTION 3. EXISTING NONCONFORMING USES.
