It shall be unlawful for any Certified Massage Business or any <br />Registered Certificate Holder, owner, operator, or responsible <br />managing officer /employee to violate any of the mandatory <br />requirements of this chapter applicable to massage business. <br />Sec. 18A.11. INSPECTION BY CITY OFFICIALS AND NOTICES <br />OF VIOLATION <br />A recognizable and legible sign shall be posted at the main entrance of each <br />massage business identifying the business as such business. The owner or <br />operator of such massage business shall display the Certificate of Registration <br />issued to the business and to each massage practitioner employed in the <br />business in an accessible and conspicuous place on the premises. <br />Sec. 18A.13.
