<br /> failure to provide such direcrions, access snd parking. Pnrking fees, union fees, drayege fees, and any other waof.-pocket expenses
<br /> related te the delivery, set-up, 6reak-down nr attendance at the event wili be added to the flnal baiance due from the Customer.
<br /> 2. Loeation Requirements: Customer agree,a that it will provide clear aceass from a public way to the event location. "fhe Customer
<br /> acc¢pts re,apo»sibility for any damage thet may occur on, nesr or en route to the set-up la�tion. 7he Cuswmer fiu3her agees that it is
<br /> responsibie for securing all necessary permits for the evmt.
<br /> Cwatomer agrees that the arti frciat i¢e rink wi11 fit in the Customer's desired looarion. The artificial ice rink must be installed on a flat,
<br /> smooth, level and solid surface. Perfect Perties, USA does not pmvide a sub-floor for artiRcial ice rinks. Ita subfloar is decmed
<br /> necessary by ['erfect Parties, USA and the G�stomer, it is ihe sole responsibitity afthe CusWmer to pu'cbace, conuact ar�d mana�e the
<br /> installation oFthe sub-floar. It is Customer's sole respons'bility ro con�rm that event iceation is saeisfactory. PerCect Partles, USA will
<br /> not be hcld responsible or Iiable for paor flooring or subfloorin$ solutions ar options. .

<br /> hinder or proh'bit the mstallation or use of the arii8cial ice rinlc.11ie Customer is respons'b1e Far ensuring that the avant lacation is
<br /> frec afnatura6 ic¢, snow, and pooling or puddling water. No rofunds will be given if the art[fieia] ice rink catmot be installod et the
<br /> event loc�tion because of surface weather, acta of god, or access conditions.
<br /> Atl ouixloor rental Customers of artificiul ice rinks are required to have a wnter saurce and Mose within 100 feet of ice rink locution.
<br /> Water is used for eleanin� piuposes oely. Alt indoor rental Customers of erti.ficial ice rinhs are responsible fpr having a wet vac or
<br /> mop / water bucket availabte fer cleaning purposcs. All indoor rentals of areificial ice rinks atso roquiro thnt the Cusbomer provides a
<br /> thin sheet of ptastic for beneath the ice surfa�e.
<br /> 1£Yerfect Parti�, USA is not presem during operation of the mtificial ice rink, the Customer ia responsible far care and maimm�ance
<br /> of the artificial ice rink twth during and utier operatirnnal hours. Customer must confirm that the event #ocation has ovemiaht aecurity
<br /> to monitor the a�tificial ice rink and/or thaz the event location is locked and securcd during non-operational and non-business hours.
<br /> Cuatome�• also agrees to provide a a¢cured dry storage area for skates and sharpeners and any and all Mhee mtificial ice rink related
<br /> cquipment. CL�stomer will be hetd I(able for damaged equipmcnt to includc brak�m skates, lost shaipener parts, damagcd ice panela
<br /> and any other items ihat are the }napeny of Perfect Parties, USA if not stored and secured properly.
<br /> 3. Waiver: Al] pauons ofthe artificial ice rink will be required to sign a ItBCREA770NA1, ACTTVITY REI.EA3B OP GiABiLi'1 Y
<br /> WAIVER hexeaftet known as "Waiver". Patrons that arz 18 y�rs old and older may sign their own Waiver. Pabnnc under the age of
<br /> 18 must have the signature of a legal guarcfisn appear on tfic Weiver. A copy of the said Waiver is atmched. Customer is responsiblc
<br /> fur having blenk copies of the Waiver Cor all participants to sign. Perfect Parties, U3A will storc arty end aLl signed eopies. If Aerfect
<br /> Parties, USA is not operating thc artificial ice rink, Customer is respons'blc for obtaiainy, storing and saving al] signed Waivers.
<br /> 4. Frcight: l}eight ctiarges £or aanspating any Perfect Pacties, USA materials ineluding tho artificisl ice rink snd any/aU equipment
<br /> are based on mileage. Perfecc PaRies, U3A �serves the right to utilize ony hanspartation option to transport Perfect Parries, USA
<br /> materials inc{uding the a�tSScial ice rink nnd rmylall equipment In the event th¢e Che art�cial'ace rink is dclivered to the Customer by
<br /> freight end that the materials arc installed by the Customer, all materials must be returned and packaged 'm exact packa�ing and in the
<br /> seme mazmex in which it arrived. If the original packaging materials for the artificial ice rink src lost or stolen, th¢ Customer will be
<br /> regponsibte for fiill replacement The Cuswmer bears t6e responsibility for items dumaged during r¢tum frepgh� All fraight and
