The City Council declares its intention to vacate portions of Walnut Street, <br /> the hereinafter described portion of Walnut Street found on Parcel Map No. 2007-02, on <br /> the basis that it is unnecessary for present or prospective public purposes; <br /> 3. The City declares that, the vacation will be conditioned upon the <br /> reservation of a Public Services Easement (PSE) over the formerly public right of way; <br /> 4. A noticed public hearing on the question of vacating Walnut Street, shall <br /> be held and evidence thereon received by the City Council on November 14, 2011; <br /> 5. The portion of Walnut Street to be vacated is more fully described in <br /> Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2 attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> 6.
