Detailed description otwork ro be perfonned: <br /> A. The weapons firing range use shall be limited to CfIP personnel assigned to lhe Redwoai City Area office. Contractor and CHP egree the weapons range shall be open and usable by members of CHP at such times that ure muiunily <br /> agreeable to both parties, but that exdasive use of tlie facilities by CHP for any time(s) is not gran[ed without prior mutual <br /> agreement of both purties. CHP may use Uie range up twenty (20) hours per month. Dafes and times that huve been agreed to <br /> may be cancelled or changed by CHP up to fourteen (14) working days prior to the schecluled haining. The CHP agrees that its members using the weapons firing renge facilitics under this Agreement shall be governed by the ranae <br /> safety rules es[ablished by Contracror. <br /> E. Brass will be retained by Contractor. <br /> F. The weapons firing range must be abie to accommodate the following: <br /> I).40 caliber pisrol (loaded with Departmenr-issued ammtmition currently I80G) <br /> a. Twelve (12) shoots per year, one ( I) each month or ewo (2) every other month. <br /> b. Two (2) qualification shoots which must be performed at the following distances: <br /> 2 yards, 4 yards, 7 yai�ds, 10 yards, I S yards, and 25 yards. <br /> c. Ten (10) practice shoots, of which two (2) night shoots are recommended. <br /> d. Use for make-up shoots at times mutually agreeable Io both parties. <br /> 2) Tac[ical riflc (123 caliber) � <br /> a. Pour (4) shoots per year (quarterly). � <br /> b.
