EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES: <br /> MEZES PARK <br /> The scope of the original agreement is expanded to include civil engineering and project <br /> coordination associated with a new 6"sanitary sewer line and a new 1"domestic water line. <br /> Task 1 — Project Meeting with the Citv <br /> Consultant shall attend one (1) project meeting and a site visit at the beginning of the project <br /> with the City to discuss the locations for proposed sewer and water services and to obtain <br /> the city's requirements for the plans. <br /> Task 2 -Sewer and Water Lateral Plans and Specifications <br /> Consultant shall prepare the plans and specifications for the new sewer and water laterals to <br /> serve the restroom building. The improvement plans shall be based on direction given by <br /> the City at the project meeting and on City of Redwood City standard details and <br /> specifications. The design shall include drawings and specifications sufficient to <br /> successfully bid and construct the new 6" sanitary sewer line and new 1" domestic water <br /> line. <br /> Task 3—Construction Adm inistration Services <br /> Consultant shall review the contractor submittals for compliance with the specifications and <br /> respond to same within ten working days. Consultant shall make one (1) site visit, as <br /> requested, provide clarification regarding plans, respond to RFI's, and review change order <br /> requests from the contractor. <br /> JARDIN DE NINOS PARK <br /> The scope of the original agreement is expanded to include structural engineering services for <br /> design of entry gate footings and design calculations for entry gate posts and rails associated <br /> with the new entry arbor. <br /> Task 4—Structural Enaineerina S upport <br /> Consultant shall design the footings of the entry gate and include those details on the <br /> Landscape Drawings.
