Respond to RFI's & questions with ASIs <br /> 2. Site Visits/Meetings <br /> a. Due to the changes made during the construction administration <br /> phase, it is recommended that an additional meeting be held to <br /> review as-built documents prior to RHAA preparing. <br /> 3 . Prepare Record Drawings <br /> a. Due to the changes made during the construction administration <br /> phase, it is anticipated that a greater extent of as-built <br /> work will be needed to update the drawings as listed below. <br /> i. L6.2 Irrigation Plan. Update irrigation per City adjustments <br /> & added turf field. <br /> ii. C1.0 Utility Plan Water & Sewer Updated base background. <br /> iii. El.l Electrical Plan & Details.
