THE AMOUNT OF $113,6781S NET COUNTY COST <br /> RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the Courrty of San Mateo, State of <br /> Califomia, that <br /> WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo desires to enter into an Agreement with <br /> CRWC and RWCSD to provide funding support to the Redwood City Community Schools, <br /> which are school-based family resource cerrters, for the term of July 1, 2011 through June <br /> 30, 2012, for which San Mateo County's payment amount will not exceed $113,676 for FY <br /> 2011-12; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with a form of such Agreement and has <br /> examined and approved it as to both form and content and desires to enter into the same. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the <br /> President of this 8oard of Supervisors be, and is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> said Agreement for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board <br /> shall attest the PresidenYs signature thereto. <br /> • * • ! • • i • • k <br />
