MINUTE ORDER <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />April 24, 1995 <br /> MO. 95-080 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: April 25, 1995 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Council <br /> Park and Recreation Superintendent <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Presentation of Plaque to Tom Jordan (209) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on April 24, 1995 <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Buchan, Hartnett, Howard, La Berge, Sanfllipo, Steinfeld <br /> <br />Absent: Mayor Gasparini <br /> <br />The following motion was made and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> Councilwoman Buchan thanked Mr. Jordan for his effective and strong <br /> leadership for seniors over the last eleven years as a distinguished member of <br /> the Redwood City Senior Affairs Commission. Mr. Jordan stated that the <br /> Council's commitment to seniors had made it a pleasure to serve on the <br /> Commission for eleven years and the Senior Committee for the previous six <br /> years. He described the buildings constructed or bought and the services <br /> established for seniors over the last seventeen years. Mr. Jordan advised that he <br /> was retiring from the Senior Affairs Commission to redirect his energies <br /> towards activities involving his young family. <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
