These recommendations would then be presented to the various agencies that operate these spaces that we�e evaluated. (By October 2011) Then, in October 2011, the group would re%cus on Social Access. SrarVisra sraJj, along wirh YL/ sraff would work with YAB to identijy one recommenda[ion jrom the 2009-2010 Youth Access Survey to focus on. The group wwld work on an Emiranmenta/ Prevention Action Project to implement in the community. Toprc to be determined. YLI and StarVista steH would work with the youth to develop and collect 100 public opinion surveys to gauge community interest in possible policy advocacy in 2012-13. SrarVisra sraJj wifl workin with YL/ sta in consultation ro ensure that the ro'ect is success [. 8 S nn 2011 StarVista staff and Youth Advisory Board (YAB) will administer a Needs Assessment survey to move than 500 students at Sequoia High School and presenf fhe results to the Pievention Partnership and School Administration by the end of the 2011-2012 school year (In Spring 2012). • StarVista staHand YAB will plan and conductAOD week on the campus of Sequoia High School to include Day of Silence/Day of Voices and other activities around AOD. Each day will have a diffe2nt ac6vity on campus. We estimate that we touch approximately 1,200 students on campus dunng this week (In spring 2012J StarVista will staf/weekly YAB meetings at Sequoia High School, using Youth Development Theory as the foundation /or the work. The YAB will make at least two presentations to the Pmvention Partnership before the end of the 2011-2012 school year. Participation by seniormanagement in the RWC/NFO AOD Prevention PaRnership to include monthly meetings, and any other activides being conducted (Yearlong).
