EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> John W. Gardner Center for Youth and Their Communities will allocate the services of Maria <br /> Fernfindez, Policy and Program Senior Manager, Community Youth Development to lead the <br /> implementation of the Community Youth Development Initiative (CYDI) of Redwood City 2020. <br /> Working closely with Patricia Brown, Executive Director of Redwood City 2020, Maria will spend <br /> approximately 60% of her time on the following activities: <br /> a) Providing overall leadership for the implementation of the Community Youth <br /> Development Strategic Plan <br /> b) Supporting and promoting collaboration among the youth serving organizations in <br /> Redwood City and North Fair Oaks <br /> c) Convening and facilitating the CYDI Steering Committee's regular meetings <br /> d) Assisting with the design and implementation of an evaluation plan for CYDI <br /> e) Developing a sustainability plan for this initiative <br /> � Linking CYDI with other Redwood City 2020 Initiatives <br /> Method of Payment <br /> John W.
