' EXHIBIT A- SCOPE OF SERVICES, TIME AND FEE SCHEDULES <br /> Corrpro Companies, Inc. shall perform work to provide adequate cathodic protection for the buried <br /> ferrous metal pipeline components of the sanitary sewer collector system located in Redwood Shores. <br /> Corrpro Companies, Inc. shall provide all required labor, material, equipment and drilling required to <br /> install anodes, panel boards, wires, etc. for the project. The new anodes, panel boards and extension of <br /> cable lead wires shall be installed at fifteen (15) existing locations. Replacement of the panel board and <br /> extension of cable leads shall be installed at four (4) existing locations. <br /> The Consultant shall: <br /> 1. Drill ten (10) inch diameter holes drilled to a depth of seven (7) feet to install the anodes. <br /> 2. Backfill the holes with native soil to a level of two (2) feet above the anode. <br /> 3. Fill remaining drilled hole with Class 2 aggregate base material and tamped to obtain good <br /> compaMion to achieve 903'o relative compaction. <br /> 4. Submit material submittal for review prior to starting work. The anodes, panel boards, test <br /> stations and cables shall be provided in accordance with City's Standard Specification Section <br /> 02661 and Detail W-16 <br /> 5. Repair top surface for each hole with hot asphalt. <br /> 6.
