The contributions shall not be credited to the <br /> employee account at CaIPERS and shail not be reimbursed to the <br /> contributor.by the City at any time for any reason. <br /> If beginning on or after the first full pay period of September 1, 2013, the <br /> employer cost of retiremeM for the bargaining unit falls below thirty-seven <br /> percent (3796) at anytime, the employee contribution toward the employer <br /> wst of retiremerd wiil be reduced by one percent (1°,6) for each fuU one <br /> percent reduction in the employer rate below 37%. <br /> June 9 2011 8 <br />
