Section - Final Acceptance(s) <br />A. Final Acceptance - 2010 -2011 Watermain Replacement Project <br />By motion, accept the 2010 -2011 Watermain Replacement Project and <br />authorize the release of bonds and retention, according to city <br />procedures. MINUTE ORDER 11 -137 <br />B. Final Acceptance of Work Completed During Amendment One of the <br />Cost Shared Sidewalk Repair Project and Issuance of Amendment Two <br />for the Cost Shared Sidewalk Repair Project <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve the work completed during Amendment One of the <br />Agreement for Cost Shared Sidewalk Repair Project by SpenCon <br />Construction, Inc. of Danville, CA. <br />2. Authorize the release of the bonds and the Retention withheld during the <br />course of work in accordance with City procedure <br />3. By motion, approve issuance of Amendment Number Two to the <br />Agreement for Cost Shared Sidewalk Repair Project with SpenCon <br />Construction Inc. of Danville, CA in the amount of $140,000.00 and <br />authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up <br />to 10% of the amount awarded MINUTE ORDER 11 -138 <br />3.
