A. PROJECT STAFFING <br /> Mr. Eric Napralla will be the Project Manager for this project and will liaise with Marty <br /> Schutt of the Redwood City Fire Department and other staff as directed. Mr. Napralla <br /> will be the primary point of contact and available to the Fire Department upon request <br /> throughout the duration of this project. He shall perform all project management and <br /> coordination activities for the successful implementation and completion of this project. <br /> B. PROJECT APPROACH AND SCOPE OF WORK <br /> TASK 1 (Project Management Assistance) <br /> Task 1 will be structured into hourly consultation as follows: <br /> This task will assist the City of Redwood City Fire Department with Project Management <br /> Assistance. This includes, but is not limited to; planning project implementation <br /> approach, preparation of request for proposals, evaluation of proposals, and assistance <br /> in negotiation and contracting with the successful selected respondent. Upon issuance <br /> of notice to proceed, assistance will include evaluation/approval of submittals, <br /> reviewlapproval of vendor submitted invoices, and overall project management <br /> assistance (meetings, written/verbal correspondence with contractor and Fire <br /> Department) for the duration of vessel construction, delivery, and project acceptance. <br /> TASK 2(Field Visits and Inspections during Vessel Construction) <br /> Task 2 will be structured into hourly consultation as follows: <br /> This task includes time for three site visits (shipyard where vessel is to be constructed) <br /> and oversight of the construction of the vessel. This does not include airfare and other <br /> associated travel costs. <br /> TASK 3(Grant Award Reporting and Monitoring) <br /> Task 3 will be structured into hourly consultation as follows: <br /> This task includes _assistance preparing and submitting reimbursement requests, <br /> quarterly financial summaries, and financial reports to the grant Fiduciary Agent, San <br /> Francisco Bay Marine Exchange. <br /> TASK 4 (Miscellaneous Support) <br /> Task 4 will be structured into hourly consultation as follows: <br /> This task will provide additional consultation exclusive to grant management activities: <br /> attending meetings and additional support to tasks 1-3 above. <br /> ATTY/AGRI2011. 071IERIC NAPRALLA <br /> 102111 <br /> 10 <br />
