In addition to its performance being evaluated by independent evaluators, <br /> FLY worked with a professional evaluator to design a Likert-scaled survey instrument to measure the <br /> Program's impact on a given youth's risk factors, resiliency, knowledge, development of internal and <br /> extemal assets, and overall behavior. FLY staff read the survey out loud to the youth to accommodate <br /> different leaming styles and literacy levels.
