State of California, do hereby certify that the Consolidated Municipal. <br />School and Special District Election was conducted pursuant to law throughout <br />said county on '_November R. 201 1: and <br />I HEREBY FURTHER CERTIFY the following facts: that at said <br />Consolidated Election 440 election precincts were duly established with 342 <br />operating precinct boards: that the election was conducted thereat pursuant to <br />law: that pursuant to Division 15, Chapter 4 of the California Elections Code, I <br />have canvassed the votes cast at all precincts which were 23,606; that 71.735 <br />vote by mail votes were cast: that 323 early votes were cast, canvassed and <br />included in the result of the total 95,664 votes cast which is accurately shown in <br />this Statement of the Result of the Vote as determined by the official canvass of <br />the returns attached hereto and made a part hereof'. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto affix my hand and official seal of this <br />office this 30th day of November. 201 1. <br />MARK CHURCH <br />Chief Elections Officer & <br />Assessor - County Clerk - Recorder <br />
