to provide usable data during a significant storm event (> 0.5 inches of rainfall in 24 <br /> hours), Consultant shall extend the monitoring period for up to two (2) weeks at no <br /> additional cost to the City. <br /> Deliverable: Consultant shall provide the City with a Flow Monitoring Report (3 <br /> copies) containing site details and pictures; field installation and maintenance sheets <br /> including calibration data; depth-velocity scatter plots; 7-day plots of flow for each <br /> meter and rainfall for each rain gauge; and summary tabulation of daily average, <br /> minimum, and peak flow for each flow meter. Electronic files (Excel format) of depth, <br /> velocity, and flow rate for each meter and rainfall for each rein gauge in 15-minute <br /> intervals. Final report and data shall be delivered within three (3) weeks of <br /> completion of flow monitoring. <br /> Consultant shall perform all the work in the best workmanlike manner, conforming to all <br /> applicable standards, specifications, codes, laws, and regulations. Consultant shall take all <br /> necessary safety precautions and comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local <br /> regulations including those relevant to work in confined spaces Consultant shall comply with all <br /> applicable traffic control requirements including those of the City or agency with jurisdiction over <br /> the meter sites. <br /> TIME SCHEDULE <br /> Consultant shall meet the scheduling requirements as described in the Scope of Work and the <br /> scheduling milestones as follow: <br /> Site Reconnaissance of inetering sites November 11, 2011 <br /> Documentation of Field Reconnaissance November 15, 2011 <br /> Approval of Sites by City (if changes are required) November 18, 2011 <br /> Meters and rain gauge installed and operating December 4, 2011 <br /> First data batch reported to City December 23, 2011 <br /> Meters Removed February 3, 2012 <br /> Final Report April 2, 2012 <br /> � FEE SCHEDULE <br /> City shall pay to Consultant the sum of $38,000.00 for the project as follows: <br /> Seven (71 Flow Meters and 1 Rain Gauae for 60 davs <br /> Field reconnaissance and document review $ 1,166.00 <br /> Installation / Calibration / Maintenance / Removal of Flow Monitors 20.302.00 <br /> Total Direct Labor 21,468.00 <br /> Other Direct Costs 16.532.00 <br /> Total $38.000.00 <br /> Weekly extensions of flow meters and rain gauge, if required, shall be provided by consultant for <br /> the additional amount of $3,750.00 per week. <br /> ATTY/AGR/2011.126N8A 38000 Page 10 of 10 <br /> REV: 11NM11 <br />
