InfoSend EBPP Solution Overview
Advanced Security Features Common to all Products
The best way to prevent payment account theft is not to store the information
at all. InfoSend does not stop at using industry-standard security methods — we
go the extra mile and support a process called "tokenization". This process is
available anytime a client uses one of InfoSend's preferred payment
< < processing partners. When tokenization is enabled only the last few digits of
• ' the payment account (credit card, debit card, or ACH account) is stored in our
` system. The full account information is stored by the bank/payment processor.
This allows customers to create multiple payment account profiles without the
liability of storing the full account information.
The InfoSend EBPP solution uses an advanced platform architecture that maximizes
security. The products use a three-tier architecture and all data passed to and from the
system is encrypted using SSL. All credit card, debit card, and ACH account numbers are
encrypted. And most importantly these products are all PCI compliant. Minimize or eliminate
your PCI liability by outsourcing your electronic payment applications to InfoSend. If
your organization stores, transmits, or processes credit card numbers you must follow PCI
rules. If you have not already reviewed these rules please see
htta://www.acisecuritvstandards.orq for the latest rules and regulations.
Online BiI1Pay (EePP)
• Fully featured EBPP product (Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment).
• Customers self-enroll for the service and create a username and password to securely
access their eBills and make payments.
• Multiple payment options include checking/savings account (ACH), and crediUdebit
cards.
• Payment accounts are stored as a Payment Profile for easy repetitive use.
• Go Green! Eliminate paper bills and reduce the fuel used to deliver them with
paperless billing.
■ Customers can view their eBills and view the account balance before making a
payment.
• Customer-activated AutoPay and other features. Request a demo of Online BillPay
today!
CSRPay
• This is an optional service that can be explored and priced during implementation.
• This product can be purchased as an optional addition to one of the above products.
• This product gives your CSRs the ability to take live payments over the phone or in
person.
Integrated Voice Response (IVR)
• IVR will be provided through our payment processing partner Paymentus per the
payment models explained in the payment processing section later in this proposal.
7
