SECTION 10 - Conflicts of Interest <br /> Vendors submitting a proposal in response to this RFP must disclose any actual, apparent, <br /> direct, indirect, or potential conflicts of interest that may exist with respect to the vendor, <br /> management, or employees of the vendor or other persons relative to the services to be <br /> provided.
