__ __., �.�� ._ <br /> ;. <br /> � <br /> �'u���0��,�. <br /> AMENDMENT N0.3 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> INFOSEND INC. <br /> This Amendment No. 3 is entered into and effective as of the oZ s� day of <br /> N�v�. , 2013, amending the agreement dated August 8, 2011 (the <br /> "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation ("City"), and InfoSend, Inc., ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties") for <br /> data processing, print and mail services. <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On August 8, 2011, the Parties executed a Professional Services <br /> Agreement for electronic bill presentment and payment services for utility billing for the <br /> Revenue Services division in the City's Finance Department; <br /> B. On December 12, 2011, the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to the <br /> Agreement to amend the scope of work to provide additional services; <br /> C. On June 13, 2013, the Parties executed Amendment No. 2 to the <br /> Agreement to amend the scope of work to provide Data Processing Printing and Mailing <br /> services; and <br /> D. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amend the Agreement to add <br /> a duplex printing option service as referenced on Exhibit A. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. In addition to those services contained in the Agreement, as may have <br /> been amended from time to time, Consultant will provide those services described in <br /> Exhibit A at the price specified in Exhibit A. <br /> 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br /> 3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by Consultant pursuant to <br /> the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will include coverage for <br /> this Amendment. <br /> 4.
