Carol Milestone, a new teacher at John Gill and new to the Intergenerational <br /> Program, told the Council and the audience how excited all the participants were <br /> to share time together, and described how cultural and agricultural components <br /> would be added to the Program next year. <br /> <br /> Jean Nance, senior volunteer, spoke about her eight year involvement with the <br /> Program and its evolution from strictly social activities to new ways of <br /> exchanging stories and trying new experiences with the young students that <br /> broadens their sense of self and increases their understanding of all people, no <br /> matter what age. <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
