This Notice of Cancellation of Special Tax Lien relates to the Amended and Restated Notice of Special Tax Lien filed as Document 201 1-03721 8 in the Official Records of the County of San Mateo on Mazch 31, 2011 (the "Notice of Special Tax Lien"). The special tax was authorized to be levied within the City of Redwood City Community Facilities District No. 2010-1 (One Marina) (the "District") that has now been officially formed, and the lien of the special tax will be a continuing lien on propeRy within the district other than the Released Property as set forth in the Notice of Special Tax Lien. Notice is further given that the obligation to pay the special tax with respect to the Released Property is hereby cancelled and extinguished. The Released Property is curcently owned by R.C. Peninsula Pazk, LC,C, a Delaware limited liability company. Reference is made to the Second Amended Boundary Map of the District rewrded on September 22, 2011 at 9:35 a.m. at Volume 18 Page 23 (Document No. 2010-900090), in the ofFice of the County Recorder for the County of San Mateo, Sta[e of California, which map is currently.the final boundary map of the Disirict.
