S. The parties further understand and agree that RCPD will only be obligated to pay, or be <br /> charged by the Consortium, the State Community College unit registration fee in effect at the <br /> time of training attendance. That fee may, at RCPD's direction, be deducted from the <br /> training credit balance or chazged to RCPD in a sepazate invoice.
