/ WHK:yc:l/17/66-7 <br /> ,'� � � . <br /> :� <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. ��� <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS <br /> ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE AIGHWAY CITIES <br /> WF�REAS, a master agreement has been executed by the City <br /> of Redwood City, hereinafter referred to as "City," and the State <br /> Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, hereinafter <br /> referred to as "Department," on March 7, 1961, for expenditure <br /> of State allocated funds; and <br /> WF�REAS, a project stateinent has been prepared and was <br /> submi£ted to the Department on August.l8, 1965, showing the <br /> estimated expenditure of such funds recommended to be made during <br /> the 1965-66 fiscal year; and <br /> WI�REAS,'a budqet approved by the Department on October 14, <br /> 1965, has been presented to this Council in accordance with the <br /> project statement submstted by the City; and <br /> WF�REA.S, the City Council has considered said budget as <br /> approved by the Department and is familiar with the contents <br /> the re of ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That said budget be and the same is hereby adopted as the <br /> budget of expenditures recommended to be made from such funds <br /> durinq the 1965-66 fiscal year. <br /> * * * <br />
