Proiect Achievement and HCD Director's Award far Housin Excellence <br /> Project achievernent information is optional but can serve irnportant purposes: Agencies' achievements can inform others of <br /> successfiil redevelopment projects and provide instructive information for additional successful projects. Achievezxtents may be <br /> included in HCD's Anuual Report of Housing Activities of California Redevelopment Agencies to assist other local agencies in <br /> developing effecfive and efficient programs to address local housing needs. <br /> In adclition, HCD may select vatious projects to recei��e the Director's Award for Housing Excellence.
